Background Information

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr Henry Falk, Dr Gary Vitale, and Dr Theodore Niebloom manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.  Dr Henry Falk, Dr Gary Vitale, and Dr Theodore Niebloom practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and facial fractures.

Our Staff

Our surgical staff at Metropolitan Craniofacial Center is trained in the administration of Intravenous (IV) sedation in our state-of-the-art offices as well as our affiliated Surgery Center at Penthouse IV. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. The surgical assistants at Metropolitan Craniofacial Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants. Our administrative personnel are well-versed in health and insurance policies. All of our staff maintain current CPR certification and receive ongoing continuing education.
